Delivery

We offer free standard delivery within the UK when you spend £100 or more

 If the country you would like your order to be shipped to is not listed, please contact us via email at hello@folpetto.com prior to making your purchase and we will provide up to date shipping costs for your order.

If your delivery address is outside of the UK, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance.

Please note that customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by any customs or tax clearance process. 
Should you wish to return any product that has been subject to local duty or taxes we are not able to refund any duties or taxes charged and you will be responsible for applying for a refund if applicable.

Please note that orders placed on the weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Returns

 If for any reason you are unhappy with the item(s) that you have bought from FOLPETTO  we will offer a full refund or exchange providing that you send it back to us within 14 days of delivery.  

Your items must be new, unworn, unwashed,in their original packaging and not be damaged or altered in any way.  

Please send us an email to hello@folpetto.com to notify us about the exchange, including the invoice number, description of the products you wish to return and the reason for this return.   

Package up the goods in their original condition, together with our return form- we advise that you use a tracked or registered mail carrier service for the return and keep a proof of deposit issued by the post office.   

If you require a refund, we will credit the purchaser’s card for the sum paid minus postage costs. Refunds will be made within 28 days of the date we receive your returned item(s).  

You can also exchange it for a different item at the same value or more provided you pay the difference

Please note that return and exchange charges will be at your cost unless an item is damaged.
